Arun is passionate about serving the community, and has been part of many initiatives in the Dallas-FortWorth area. His passion is to enrich the Next Generation through multiple initiatives (WeInspire, Saptami – Classical Music and Dance, Sathya Sai Balvikas – Character education). Arun is also a volunteer in supporting the underprivileged people here in the US and in India. He has since played significant roles in fundraisers, and support initiatives for over a decade!
His hobbies include wood work, running, travel, photography and spending time with his family!

Sai is a senior executive who advises and provides Cloud security and risk strategies for Fortune 100 & 500 companies.
Sai is very passionate about enabling women and youth and giving back for social causes.
She is extensively involved as a community service volunteer mentoring,educating and providing leadership to multiple local and national organizations (including school districts, colleges, WeInspire, Techtitans, Junior Achievement, USA, Built By Girls, Women in Cybersecurity). She is the founder of the Lean In Plano chapter, a women peer group that empowers & enables women to support each other in achieving their personal and professional journeys

Thejambika Venkatesan (Theja)
Realtor, Educator, Passionate Volunteer, NextGen Coach
Theja is a Realtor by profession, and has been working in the Dallas-Fort Worth area supporting families and investors achieve their dreams.
Theja loves to spend time with children, and is a very passionate Educator. A certified Montessori teacher, she has had the pleasure of educating hundreds of children over the years!
Theja has been a very active volunteer in the Dallas-FortWorth area supporting multiple causes. She is a main stay in many programs helping the children like Sunday school programs: Sathya Sai Balvikas Character education, and Tamil School – Language education. She also supports underprivileged people here in the US and in India through her contributions (event organization, dance) for fundraisers and other social activities.
Her hobbies include dancing, travel, spending time with her family and networking!
Vadivu Ramesh
Technologinst, Entrepreneur & NextGen Coach
Vadivu Ramesh has climbed up the corporate ladder and has achieved success in her job. However, while excelling in her job she became a certified health coach from one of the primer institutes and helped coach hundreds of people to the path for great health.
In her spare time, Vadivu also leverages two current digital trends of E-Commerce and Social media to build an asset based income. She has developed tremendous Leadership skills from the business training sessions; currently she is coaching and mentoring many people around the world to be entrepreneurs.
Vadivu enjoys volunteering and giving back to the local community. This can been seen through her dedicated 9 years of service teaching Tamil at Plano Tamil School and as a coordinator for the “Basket Brigade” charity event. She is one of the mentors of the Teen Success Mastery initiative reaching out to youth in the community mentoring them on leadership and core software skills.
In her spare time, she loves biking and watching her son’s basket ball games.

Vishy is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at Texas Institute For Neurological Disorders. Vishy’s career spans over 20+ year as business and technology leader. He has spearheaded and promoted multiple entrepreneurial ventures.
With a passion to give back to the community, he has been the chair for raising funds for many non-profit organizations such as Udavum Karangal, Sastha Tamil Foundation, etc. He is a dedicated mentor and has been coaching local youth on entrepreneurship for the last 6 years.
